With heavy hearts, the Russell and Davis families regret to announce the death of their beloved husband, son, uncle, nephew and father (Isaac T. Cla Russell of Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA) who passed away on January 17, 2020, in order to be with our Lord.  Isaac is predeceased by his mother, Todor Russell, and his father, Paramount Chief Jarbo Russell, both of Gbololu, Maryland County, Liberia.  He is also predeceased by his siblings: Rev. Nyemah of Washington DC, Elijah Nyemah, Kinanoh Nyemah, and Diede Nyemah.

He is survived by Patience Davis Russell (together for 38 years); two children: Iatience Todor Cindy Russell and Irvin T. Cla Russell; a grandchild: Destiny Russell; and three siblings: William T. Russell, Victor S. Russell, and Juanita W. Russell.  He also leaves to mourn several nephews, nieces, uncles, and cousins of a large extended family.

This announcement goes to all his friends and relatives in Liberia and the U.S.A. and to all chapters and members of the National Maryland County Association of Liberia, USA, (NAMCAL),  an organization he served as Vice President for two terms and he was serving his second term as President up to the point of his passing.
