Visionary Leadership Does Matter!

In 2005 General Elections, Unity Party was driven by the need to build stronger foundation for our beloved country and the voters ushered in the administration of Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf. Looking back five and a half years we see what an enlightened and energized electorate can achieved with their votes by electing a President whose visionary leadership style has not only improved Liberia’s image in the international community but has also laid the foundation for economic success throughout Liberia. Fellow Liberians, the President’s reform agenda must continue!
Partisans, Supporters, Well Wishers and Sympathizers it is time that we exert the same level of passion and desire to articulate the President’s record on Peace and Security, Economic Development, Law and Order, Entrepreneurial spirit, and the love of Country. We need to get up each day trying to get every single vote for our party. The President’s record stands on its own merit and as foot soldiers, it is our responsibility to make sure every citizen is aware of the renaissance that has taken place in Liberia.
The opposition will try to distort the President’s accomplishments and we understand this will occur. But, we have the responsibility to correct and vigorously defend the Administration’s accomplishments in print media, online papers, programs in the various dialects, debates, chart rooms and other social media. Fellow Liberians, as you know, the truth always prevails! However, nothing should be taken for granted. We need a united front carrying one message to REFLECT A VISIONARY LEADER THAT HAS MADE OUR COUNTRY SUCH A SUCCESS.
There is a general consensus amongst Liberians that our Country is moving in the right direction with President Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf at the helm and we should all try to keep it that way. The President has her eyes on making Liberia - in the words of U.S. President Ronald Reagan - the “shinning city on a hill.” Folks, our futures are tied to the success of Liberia. I am urging you to see the wisdom in reelecting Her Excellency Madam Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf as President of the Republic of Liberia in the General Elections taken place in October 2011.
