Dear Mr. Chairman:
The news of the sudden and tragic home-going of our friend and brother, Vice President Harry Fumba Moniba and other friends of his comes as a great sorrow to us all Liberians.
Mr. Chairman, it is with profound regrets that I extend to you, the immediate families of the deceased, and the rest of our people, my condolences for this tragic loss.
The former Vice President was an ardent patriot and a true man of the people. Indeed Honorable Moniba left behind deep and indelible footprints on the sand of time.
