Children's Rescue Outreach International (C.R.O.I.) would like to invite you to attend this very important benefit and conference on Liberia, which is intended to aid the orphans of war-torn
Liberia as well as make contacts and network with people involved in business,
medical, education and religion in Liberia.
Though our main goal is to help the children, this will be an excellent
opportunity to network.
C.R.O.I. is a non-profit, non-government
organization created for the purpose of helping orphans, abandoned children and
widows globally. The focus of this
benefit is to raise funds to build a much needed clinic at our orphanage in Mt.
Barclay, Liberia.

especially Liberian culture.
Keynote Speaker: Dr. Syrulwa Somah, Executive of Director, Liberian History, Education
and Development, Inc. (LIHEDE), Greensboro, NC, USA & Associate Professor,
Environmental and Occupational Safety & Health NC A&T State University,
Greensboro, NC. He is author of: The
Historical Resettlement of Liberia and Its Environmental Impact, Christianity,
Colonization and State of African Spirituality, and Nyanyan Gohn-Manan:
History, Migration & Government of the Bassa (a book about traditional
Bassa leadership and cultural norms published in 2003).
